It all started when Tomas showed Dovilė the artists' courtyard just around the corner — a place where neighbours genuinely look after each other.
They brought that feeling to the table: nobody here minds if there's sauce on your face or your laugh carries.

As the afternoon settles in, small things land on the table: Nocellara olives, truffle-roasted almonds, pulled burrata with pizza bread. The cheeses are served by Vieno Prancūzo Sandėliukas.
We choose our drinks ourselves — from small family producers we know personally. They reach Lithuania in limited quantities, so you won't find them in supermarkets.
Pizza with beer is a classic, pizza with cola is childhood. Pizza with wine is a different story altogether — and pairing them is simpler than you'd think.

The dough proves slowly, the flour is milled in Naples, the tomatoes are Rosso Gargano from Apulia, the mozzarella is Fior di Latte from Latteria Sorrentina. The rest is embers and hands.
