The courtyard where it all started
Just off E. Ožeškienės street there's an artists' courtyard — the kind of place where neighbours greet each other by name and know who's visiting whom. When Tomas showed it to Dovilė, they both knew: this is how our place should feel.
NEIGHBOURHOOD is that childhood-courtyard feeling brought to the table: nobody minds if there's sauce on your face or your laugh carries. Only now — with pizza and wine.
Dovilė & Tomas
Dovilė has spent more than a decade in gastronomy: she contributed to Protėviai and Fisheria, created the LRT show “O ką skanaus” about quality produce, consults for restaurants and lectures at food festivals. The pizza-and-wine idea is hers. Tomas is the one who showed her the courtyard.

Neighbours who don't skimp on the good stuff
It sounds simple, but it takes time: the dough proves slowly at 60% hydration, made with flour milled in Naples. The tomatoes are Rosso Gargano, grown in Apulia. The Fior di Latte comes from Latteria Sorrentina — a family four generations into cheesemaking.
The bar lives by the same rule: we choose our drinks ourselves, from small family producers we know personally. Many reach Lithuania in limited quantities — you won't find them in supermarkets.
